These terms cover your use of Dependabullet, operated by Frontier Consulting Group, LLC. By using the site you agree to them.
What the site is
Dependabullet lists products and prices that retailers send us. We don't sell, ship or transfer any product, and we aren't a party to any purchase. Your purchase, its price, shipping and returns are between you and the retailer.
Prices and accuracy
Prices, stock and shipping come from retailers and can change at any time. We try to keep them current but don't guarantee they're accurate or complete. Always confirm the final price on the retailer's site before you buy. How we score and order deals is described on How deals are ranked.
Following the law
You're responsible for following all federal, state and local laws that apply to buying, owning and transporting firearms, ammunition and related products. Firearms are shipped by retailers to a licensed dealer (FFL). You must be at least 18 to use this site, and older where the law requires it for a product.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in secure and your information accurate. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the site, scrape it, or interfere with other people's use of it.
Retailers
- You may list a store only if you're authorized to act for it.
- You give us permission to fetch your feeds and to display your product information, prices, images and store name on the site and in our emails for as long as the store is listed.
- You're responsible for your feed being accurate and lawful, including the states you won't ship to.
- You can pause a feed or ask us to remove your store at any time.
- Pro plans are billed through Stripe per store, renew automatically, and can be canceled at any time; canceling takes effect at the end of the paid period. Paid placement is always labeled Sponsored and doesn't change the ranked list.
- We may decline or remove any store or listing.
Use of the site
Don't copy the site's data in bulk, run automated scrapers against it, or try to get around its security.
Disclaimers and limits
The site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for retailers' products, prices, conduct or websites, or for indirect or consequential losses from using the site.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will post the new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
